Hot tub has no air mixed in when you have the jets running. Was clean and the staff were very nice. Had what we needed.
Had the best weekend getaway. What started out as a horrible weekend was made 100%. Our stay was great. Thank you to Cammie, who works the night shift, for making our trip memorable, and offering such great customer service. We will be back to the Fairbridge for sure!
While traveling cross country I got tired and spotted this hotel. Why not? Well I was not disappointed! CLEAN! COMFY! QUIET! Reasonably priced, friendly staff and I got a restful sleep. I have saved the location to stop again on my next trip through. Told all my family in Montana!
Our visit was nothing short of amazing, thank you to the staff for their kindness, courtesy, and politeness. The price was extremely reasonable, the room was very clean, the included breakfast was very good, plentiful, and had alot of variety. It was dog friendly, but you couldn't bring a kitty in. The staff was very helpful and I believe that their personal touch was the way all hotel reception should be. Not the cold shouldered treatment you receive at most places. Thank you Fairbridge, you come highly recommended by myself, and mine.
This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and well priced. Well located, close to Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Joyce was great, I locked myself out of my room twice and she helped me out with a smile on her face and shatter for a minute she worked. I highly recommend Fairbridge Inn for a place to stay I the Sandpoint area. Jesse
Joyce, Barbara and the housekeeper Shannon are like family to us. We have been staying here for work off and on for over a decade. The location is fabulous and right around many food choices and shopping choices. You can walk and get what you need if you don’t have a car. The free breakfast at the hotel is one of my favorites as I’m partial to biscuits and gravy. When in the area this hotel is our first choice always. Joyce and Barbara are fast and great at their jobs and Shannon is always asking if we need anything and very helpful.
Great place to visit. Close to amenities. Breakfast included was great. Well managed by Joyce and desk agent Barb. House keeper, Shannon, quick to respond to every need. Enjoyed my stay, The Fairbridge way, In Ponderay.
This is not a fancy hotel. It’s also in a rural town. My expectations were not high. All the same, the hotel exceeded those expectations. The room and the entire hotel were very neat and clean. The water pressure and heat were both solid in the shower. The linens and towels were plush. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient.
